June 5, 2008 NMK's Begin The Beguine, JH (Miss Ellie) began the new Woofstock cluster in Vallejo, CA with a nice win...going Winner's Bitch and Best of Winners from the 6-9 puppy bitch class for a 3 point major!!
2007 Year-End Ranking! CH. NMK's Molto Bene, JH (Benny) finished in the Top Ten Puppy/Derby rankings for 2007!!!! Wow, Wow, Wow!!! Benny had 14 puppy and derby placement in 2007, including firsts in Amateur Puppy and Amateur Derby. Benny is out of CH. Robin Crest's Silver Spirit, JH, ROMX and NMK's Lil' Miss Can't Be Wrong, JH, ROM.

May 11, 2008 CH. NMK's Samba del Luna, JH (KT) celebrated Mother's day watching her 6.5 month old kids go Winners Dog and Winners Bitch at Camellia Capital Kennel Club on Mother's Day! NMK's Begin The Beguine (Miss Ellie) and NMK's Spirit de Semper Fidelis (Gunny) both took their first points from the 6-9 class. DC NMK's Earl of Velvet Horn (Spencer) is their very proud papa. I am a very proud and grateful breeder for wonderful owners like Ann Packard who showed her boy for the first time to his first win!!
March 29, 2008 CH. NMK's Molto Bene, JH (Benny) won a 3 point major in the Open Derby at the GSPC of NSV Field Trial this weekend!!! Benny now has both Puppy and Derby points to carry over for his Dual Championship!!! Benny ran like a dream!!!!
November 29, 2007 CH. NMK's Molto Bene, JH (Benny) placed 2nd in Open Derby at GSPC of No. Sacramento Valley 4 day horseback trial. There were 20 Derby dogs and he ran his little heart out for handler Randy Berry. Judges were Vickie Lachance and Carolyn Griffith. Benny...you rock!!!!!
October 7, 2007 CH. NMK's Molto Bene, JH (Benny) decided to have back to back great weekends, this time at the Northern California Brittany Club field trial!!!! He earned a 3 point major in Amateur Walking Derby against 15 pretty awesome derby dogs Sunday afternoon!
September 28 & 29, 2007 CH. NMK's Molto Bene, JH had a GREAT weekend at the Reno GSPC Specialty and supported entry show 9/28-29, first by winning his Sweeps class then by being acknowledged by the Best of Breed judge Kitty Steidel with an Award Of Merit from the Field Trial Class. Benny was up against much older and nationally ranked dogs in BOB, so this was an especially exciting recognition at 15 months old!!!!
At the Support Speciality Show with Bonanza Kennel Club the next day Benny went Best in Sweepstakes over 20 other beautiful puppies. The judge, Kathrine Cowsert, complimented everyone on how nice the classes were with very nice examples of the breed.
September 23, 2007 CH. NMK's Schatzi of Normandi, SH* (Schatzi) finished her Senior Hunter in 4 straight passes under the expert guidance of trainer Trena Cardwell. Schatzi is already Dual pointed, and will set her sights on more field titles in 2008. Many Congrats to owners Norm and Diane Groendyke and handler Trena!!!!!
June 10, 2007 CH. NMK's Molto Bene, JH became the 5th littermate from the Spirit and Lucy breeding to become DUAL POINTED by winning the Amateur Puppy stake at the Reno Field Trial. Benny ran in tough terrain with a serious head wind and always stayed to the front to earn his first place. This is Benny's 8th field trial placement in Puppy/Derby in 2007 and he just turned a year old!!!
June 9, 2007 NEW NMK CHAMPION! Ch* NMK's Samba con el Viento, JH (Breezy) finished her championship under judge Bud Di Donato at the Contra Costa Kennel Club to become the 7th Spirit & Lucy puppy to finish from this wonderful breeding. Breezy was lovingly handled by owner Chuck Ramage to every single point!!! "Mom" Becky and breeders Carol Chadwick and Robin Remondi are all very proud of Chuck and Breezy
June 2, 2007 NEW NMK CHAMPION! Ch* NMK's Unbridled Spirit, JH (Sophia) WB/BOB today at Corydon IN with expert handling of Caitlin Facciolli for her 3rd major win. Sophia, out of CH Robin Crest Silver Spirit JH x NMK's Lil' Miss Can't Be Wrong JH, is owned and loved by Greg and Martha Veatch of Kentucky.
April 21-22, 2007 NMK's Samba con el Viento, JH (Breezy) wowed the crowd Sunday at Chief Solano Kennel Club shows by getting her second major going BOB over 4 Specials. Handler Chuck Ramage was surprised, and Becky was crying, everyone was cheering!!! Three more singles to go!!!
Baby brother Bene (NMK's Molto Bene, JH) went WD/BOW Saturday for 2 points and WD on Sunday for his final point and Championship at 10 months old!!! Sister Dena (NMK's Forever Diamonds, JH) went WB on Saturday for 2 points and RWB to big sister Breezy on Sunday. Owner/Handler Kathy Bodutch was a very happy girl!!!!
All of these lovely dogs are out of the 2007 GSPCA Show Sire of the Year...CH. Robin Crest Silver Spirit, JH!!! Yeah, Dad!!!!!!
April 1, 2007 REBA ~ CH. NMK's Timeless Trilogy, MH came from behind in a major Open Gun Dog stake to earn a 2nd place and a point toward her Dual Championship!!! This gives her 7 points and 3 retrieving points. Now she needs a major win!!! Reba had a stop to flush and 4 bird finds, one picture perfect retrieve!!!!
March 24-25, 2007 - NMK's Samba con el Viento, JH, "Breezy" went BOW Saturday for her first major! Breezy is owner handled by Chuck Ramage. Sunday BENE ~ NMK's Molto Bene, JH went BOW for his second major!
The same weekend in Idaho - Ernie the wonder dog (brother to Bene) went to Idaho for a double double hunt test and came away with his Junior Hunt Title. Owner Chris Erickson was thrilled, even though Ernie ran the courses twice in his youthful exuberance!!!!
March 18, 2007 - CH* NMK's Heidi's Long Stemmed Roses, JH finished her Championship today handled by Mary Graves. Owners Gray & Michelle Martz are celebrating their first AKC champion!!!!!
On a smaller note: BENE and Breezy repeated their Cow Palace act at Skyline KC today going Winners Dog/Best of Winners and Winners Bitch/Best Opposite Sex for a point each today!
February 18, 2007 BENE ~ NMK's Molto Bene, JH finished his JH title in 4 straight legs with 8s, 9s & 10s. All the judges were impressed with young Bene!
February 17, 2007 - NMK's Unbridled Spirit, "Sophia" owned by Martha & Greg Veatch, won the Amateur Walking Derby at LaVergne TN owner handled by Greg Veatch!! Sophia now has 2 FC points, 3 AFC points, 2 JH legs and is 3 single points away from her AKC Championship!
February 9, 2007 - NMK's Unbridled Spirit, "Sophia" owned by Martha & Greg Veatch, won for the 2nd year, and a major to boot, at the Indy Regional Specialty! Sophia was handled by Caitlin Facciolli.
February, 2007 - NMK's Heart & Spirit, "Heart" owned by June Johnston won the Amateur Puppy stake at Heart of America Field Trial and took second in Open Puppy!!
Jan 28, 2007 - At the Golden Gate Kennel Club benched show, 7-month-old BENE ~ NMK's Molto Bene won Winner's Dog/Best of Winners under Pluis Davern... as well, Best Puppy!! Then went on to a Sporting Group 1 !! We are VERY proud of our rising star, Bene!!
Jan 18-21, 2007 - At the Rose City Classic in very snowy Portland, OR, our youngster BENE ~ NMK's Molto Bene won Best in Sweepstakes/RWD on Thur, Winners Dog for a MAJOR on Fri and RWD on Sat / Sun! All from Bred-By Exhibitor class. Not bad for this 7-month old future NMK star!

Nov 11 & 12, 2006 - Saturday, NMK's Schatzi of Normandi, JH (Schatzi) went Best of Winners under Judge Marjorie Martorella for her second major. Then to top off the weekend, Schatzi went Best of Winners on Sunday to finish her CHAMPIONSHIP under Judge Howard Falberg.
